PHYSICIANS MEDICAL CENTER STAFF
From the moment you step in our offices, you will notice the caring attitude of our dedicated, professional staff members. They are trained to make sure your visit is an experience that accomplishes the goals you have in mind and that it is as pleasant as possible.
You will first meet with our front desk receptionists, who will facilitate your getting in to see your physician and will coordinate your visit with our back office staff. The back office staff members are certified Medical Assistants and nurses who obtain information prior to your visit with your physician. They will typically take your vital signs, discuss your primary concerns and make a record of your medications. During your visit, your physician will take the time to listen to you and will make sure the recommendations he or she makes and the care planned is discussed with you and that you are comfortable.
Later, you may be referred for testing within our offices. At that time, you will meet our certified technicians including our laboratory, X-ray, ultrasound, echocardiogram, and treadmill technicians. They are experienced and will make sure the testing you receive is of the highest quality. After your visit, you may not meet our billing team, but they will be sending your claims for you to your insurance company. They will strive to make sure every possible effort is made to coordinate with your insurance.
In addition, our administrative staff is here to serve you and make sure you get the care you deserve. They include our office managers, our Chief Financial Officer and our Chief Operating Officer. On a daily basis they coordinate and oversee the operations of the office so that you will receive the very best of care.
